Headlands: Day 5

Day 5 started a little late as I had to head back down to Stanford for some morning classes. Returning through Friday afternoon traffic in San Francisco, I made it back at about 5:00, just in time to have a cup of tea, chat for a bit about everyone's various adventures for the day, and then help (well, more get in the way of) Sam making an amazing dinner of pasta with a spicy eggplant and tomato sauce, quinoa with herbs, and salad, for both us and our guests from the non-site collective. Dessert was a honey melon with watermelon and raspberries.

After dinner, Chris and the non-site folks led us in a series of exercises involving swarms, walking and running independent of one another, attempting to move without leading or following. We also did an exercise where we created a greeting that lasted three seconds, then extended that motion to last one minute, and then to last ten minutes.
